“I have purchased insurance for a second car which I was due to collect tomorrow (20/1/26). However looking at the policy docs I find that the date entered for commencing the insurance is 21/1/26.
I was instructed by live chat that it is a simple matter to bring forward the date and re-issue the insurance for 20/1/26: by accessing my customer portal. However the process insists on setting up a new account when I already have a portal for our other car, also insured by yourselves.
It should be a simple matter to change the date but in case of additional cars it is most certainly isn't!”
