“I need to contact someone regarding the NCD on the van insurance I have just purchased. I have tried the Live Chat many, many times but have failed to reach an agent. I read the reviews before I took out the policy and they said it was easy to contact someone, this is not at all correct. If I cancel the policy I will be charged for the cancellation. I am very dissatisfied with your service. How can I contact someone????”
“Cannot access the policies. The portal on the app doesn't work properly. I needed to cancel a policy but can't find it anywhere so cancelled the dd. Tried to get help but it's a robot that goes round in circles. Can't speak to anyone. Concerns me if I had to claim there is no communication. You get no reply emails...they just don't want contact. I insure more than one car and wanted to put them together. Looked at the YouTube video for instructions but the pages never come up on the screen as shown on the video. Its pants and frustrating”
