“Terribly. When I put in all my details I also included named drivers. After I paid and checked the policy documents the named drivers were not included. I tried unsuccessfully to add them but system would not accept them and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the policy even before it began.
The system then proceeded to charge me cancellation fees of around 20%. I am still waiting for my original payment to be returned.”
“A middle-of-the-road three stars from me. I bought the policy yesterday, before collecting the car. The website’s very slow payment processing crashed, so I had to repeat the payment. Later, on checking my bank account, two identical payments appear to be pending. The only telephone number given is for claims (I understand this is how they keep costs down) but there is no email address with which to correspond either, which is poor. The Live Chat is worse than useless for the type of problem I had, and trapped me in an endless loop of the same suggestions. On the plus side, the cover is what I wanted and the price was good. Just hope I don’t need to contact them for anything else - as it’s impossible.”

“I do not wish to renew my cover. I have cancelled my direct debit. I can’t log in to my account and, despite promises, I have not been sent new log-in details. “Even though a lot of companies think it is the responsibility of good drivers to pick the tab up for let’s say more irresponsible drivers I found Yoga to give a fair price with extras you would expect in the price not to be extra so good experience all round”
