There isn't a phone line because It's all about the company saving money, the money you get from us the paying customers. Give the customers what we need we're paying your wages remember and keeping the company alive. Without us there wouldn't be a business. Also not happy with how low the personal injury amounts are, just standard and can't upgrade terrible.
