“I keep getting stopped by the police as showing I’m not insured on the MID ! The auto renewal for some reason put me on a rolling month policy but it’s dreadful . Asked to go back as an annual policy holder and gold this wasn’t possible at this time”

“Bad communication ...I went to log into my account to stop my renewal as it went from £555 to nearly 2K ....so when I went to do this the site had changed and said existing customers need to sign up again to get into their account. So I did this and it was saying my email wasn't recognised even though I am having emails from them. I tried everything to try get hold of someone for help and there is absolutely no means of talking to someone to resolve problems. The live chat is a bot that's on loop. Very annoying so I cancelled my DD to stop them taking £185 a month out ...instead of £46. I'd never go with this company again.”
“I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance payment as Yoga kept my card details. I can’t get through to them and you can’t phone them. My advice is don’t bother with Yoga…they are uncontactable when you need them.”
