The system identified firstly my old car then transfered those details to my new vehicle without being able to speak to someone the system charged me 3 times to correct the issue. Extremely poor system will never use Yoga again and I would advise others definately not to use it. What is the bot total waste of time.”

The website is hopelessly ill equipped to questions which are outside limited range (the bots simply don’t understand) and there are seemingly no humans to assist… very poor”
