“Was ok until I tried to cancel my renewal, couldn’t access the site prior to renewal, managed to get on site on renewal day, 5:30 in morning. Wanted to charge me £28.50 to cancel it ……..not paid. Won’t pay. They provide direct link for claims but not policy :-(”
“We needed to make a small change on the policy. It only cost £2.43 to do this, but we were charged a £20 admin fee. I find this extortionate, especially considering I made the change online, so they didn't have to do anything.”
