“I don't want to leave any stars for Yoga!
My wife had been with Yoga two years and her insurance was due for renewal on 1st July 2024 but as we'd found car insurance £100 cheaper elsewhere she wanted to cancel the auto renewal with Yoga but we couldn't access her online account no matter what we tried, as there isn't an email address or phone number to contact Yoga she sent a letter via Royal Mail Special Delivery saying that she did not want to renew - we've received an email today saying Yoga has renewed her insurance.
There doesn't seem to be any provision to contact Yoga if you cannot access your account online. I do not know how we can resolve this mess.”
“When trying to contact Yoga to cancel my policy, this has become very difficult. Automated process kept on crashing and when trying to live chat with an agent, I kept on being kicked out, thus having to start the process over and over again without success. I am still trying to cancel my policy at the moment”
“Changed the way online accounts are registered / created and even though I had one, it’s now gone. Tried creating another and it won’t work, I am not receiving the email to register (tried 3 email addresses, non worked). No one to contact for help, hopeless.”
“Very easy process after price quoted on confused.com - competitive price offered - against LV who have now lost both my household and car insurance due to wayward premium increases over last year - good to get things sorted well before current expiry.”
“Fabulous! Thank you!
I was panicking about how much my insurance had gone up and they set it up the same day! Amazing!
I saved more than £300!
My monthly direct debit is over £20 cheaper!
I am delighted and would highly recommend Yoga-Insure.”
“3rd year in a row with Yoga in my BMW, renewal price is always cheaper than others so happy to stay and the renewal is easy so i dont have to stress about searching elsewhere.”
“I have not renewed my car insurance with you because you get hold of me on the last day saying thanks for renewing but I got car insurance on the 26 th June because I didn't hear from you”
“I purchased a policy a few days ago (well within the 14 days cooling off period) and subsequently realised it is an online company only, with no telephone contact. I tried to cancel my policy today and have been told there is a charge of £49.99. Surely this contravenes the law allowing the cancellation of online purchases within 14 days.”
