“I am absolutely disgusted with such a poor service. Very clever Yoga is totally uncontactable! They have changed their system and you have to reregister…..but it is nigh on impossible to get reregistered, the useless system keeps going round & round, no contact etc. Cannot send emails to anyone, no assistance whatsoever and just keep renewing and taking your money. Unable to even send a request to cancel the policy in the 14 days cooling off period. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I did not renew, I tried emailing- no reply email! Try finding a phone number/ impossible! They took money from my account - it was only when I reported it to my bank they cancelled although there was nothing to cancel because I DID NOT renew!!!!! Now I’ve had a letter saying they want £69 for cover but I DID NOT renew- ombudsman here I come - cheeky gits”
