Your website said assistant available Mon-Fri 9- 5pm but when logged in (only said I had 1 policy) yesterday at 2:25pm it said live chat Mon-Fri 9-2pm. Today your portal was down. I've been trying since 1:45pm, now nearly 3pm!! Just glad I don't have a claim or amendment to make!! Still not happy that I can't access both policies.”
