Awful service, waiting 12 days now for a key to be replaced. No courtesy car available, despite paying into their gold scheme. I would do everything possible to avoid this company.

Absolutely disgusted at getting charged £49 for a cancellation fee when I had only had the pokice for HALF AN HOUR! Should be ashamed of yourselves in normal circumstances let alone in a cost of living crisis I paid the initial £68 but then found a cheaper quote , having read that I have a 14 day cooling off period to get a FULL REFUND I finally found a way of cancelling the policy but you only refunded me 24 said it was an "admin fee" TOTALLY DISGUSTED and will be taking further. Just got to wait to see if you even return the 24 aswell.

I was told my insurance would automatically renew when I agreed to my new policy, however this did not happen and came as a surprise to receive an email on the morning of renewal to learn I was then uninsured and the renewal hadn’t happened! Stressful to put right quickly so I could drive my car to work! Not good service. Online portal is also not user friendly

Advised wanted same details on insurance for renewal but my sister was not added so had to pay £20 admin fee to have her added again

I have been trying to access the portal for two days to inform you I have sold my car therefore I do not want my policy renewing and want it to /cancel. I have tried umpteen times to request registration but without success. I have spoken to the chat bot which is useless

I'm actually unhappy with regard to my car insurance renewal. On the renewal email reminder you sent, you said that my policy would automatically renew if I didn't contact you. I decided to stay with Yoga, so thought the policy would therefore just automatically renew on the given date. However, this didn't happen, despite the "auto renew" button on my portal being ticked. I received an email from you saying I wasn't covered, so had to rectify this straightaway. If you say the policy will be automatically renewed, then this should happen.

My car insurance has automatically reviewed. The number plate is incorrect, my customer portal will not accept the change and the online bot is useless. I have recently set my boss's car up with insurance from you and he has another 7 cars I wish to add, so pull y9ur finger out and help or I go elsewhere! You either want the business or not!

I have tried on umpteen occasions to contact yoga to inform them that I was unable to access my portal so that I could view my new car renewal, I wasn’t going to renew until I knew how much the premium had increased, which was highly likely in this day and age. I’ve had absolutely no emails enabling me to set up a new password. I had a look at my policy information and it said that they don’t automatically renew unless they are contacted, so then how come I received an email thanking me for renewing my policy…???? I went to the bother of sending them a letter by pigeon post detailing my frustrations of not being able to access the portal and again, no response. I’ve had no alternative but to cancel my direct debit with them. I will NEVER EVER again take out any online policy without being able to interact with an actual human….Jenny in Cambridge

Online only, not user friendly and BE WARNED policy automatically renewed - when I managed to cancel my policy this year still charged £80 admin etc fee!!

I would like to say a telephone number would be helpful so i could talk directly to someone instead of doing things on line in which somethings you can't change like paying the lump sum instead of monthly payment when i first started
