“I was struggling to complete the purchase being told umpteen times to check our details. Eventually we were helped to find the Chat Line and Brad was extremely kind and patient dealing with me a novice, elderly customer. Thank you Brad.”
“A very comprehensive and highly competitive quote was the attraction. The good reviews helped too. Very clear guidelines and easy site navigation. Overall, an easy and uncomplicated process.”
“Paying insurance does NOT make me happy in the least but it is the cheapest I could find online.
Very annoying that we as customers have to pay an admin fee when we have done all the work online. One day this will become illegal and we will all be claiming our money back similar to all the other cash back schemes going on at the moment”
“Disappointed that they charge me £25 to change my registration plate number. This was done on the online portal and I was still charged, Disappointed as other insurance companies don't charge for this change.”
