“I tried to contact you with regards to GNCNA00061706. I contacted the team via Yogi prior to my policy ending because I have needed to SORN my car off the road due to a cancer diagnosis. I contacted the team again on the 28th of Jan via Yogi and kept being told they couldn’t cancel my policy due to a system issue. I tried again but I am now unable to log on or register again and was very disappointed to receive a letter stating I owe you £76.82. As I first notified you prior to the end of my policy I feel this payment is not warranted. Please credit this £76.82 so I no longer need to worry about it because I am sure you understand I have enough to worry about. Please contact me to confirm this amount has been credited.
