“I am absolutely disgusted with such a poor service. Very clever Yoga is totally uncontactable! They have changed their system and you have to reregister…..but it is nigh on impossible to get reregistered, the useless system keeps going round & round, no contact etc. Cannot send emails to anyone, no assistance whatsoever and just keep renewing and taking your money. Unable to even send a request to cancel the policy in the 14 days cooling off period. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Today I tried to update my payment details for an annual policy but have got an email saying I have joined a 'gold club' which is a rolling monthly contract that I did not want. I am elderly and can usually cope with the internet but an very unhappy with this company.”
“I did not renew, I tried emailing- no reply email! Try finding a phone number/ impossible! They took money from my account - it was only when I reported it to my bank they cancelled although there was nothing to cancel because I DID NOT renew!!!!! Now I’ve had a letter saying they want £69 for cover but I DID NOT renew- ombudsman here I come - cheeky gits”

“Can't log in to Customer site with my email and the password which I registered with last year. Multiple attempts to get password reminder failed, and was told "email not registered with us".
