“Terrible customer service by staff in Bolton store Returning 2 items at desk before which I had sprayed some perfume and wished to purchase which was placed beside items I was returning. The assistant smelt the item and accused me of wearing them item before wearing. I explained that the smell was probably the fact that I had just sprayed perfume and hence I was exchanging items for this instead. She went on to question whether I had worn it despite having the price tags on both items! At this point I became rather embarrassed as there was a queue of customers behind me and I was being questioned in such a degrading manner, despite there being a valid reason for her to smell perfume. She then insisted on calling for a manager and further adding to my embarrassment. She cane and authorised the refund as she smelt no perfume on the clothing. The refund took place then before Ieft she carried on to say how I shouldn’t have spoken to her in the manner I did. I didn’t even get an apology from her as she falsely accused me . I then told her that she needs to address the way she speaks to customers and didn’t like being spoken down too.”

“Placed my order on 18/10/17 for 5 items. Was sent two duplicate items and there was one missing item. The duplicate item has been colected by a courier and I'm asking for a refund for the missing item. I've lost count with the amount of Web Chat, emails and phone calls ( some terminated by Zara customer services) . Finally I've been told I have to wait another 10-14 days for my refund to reach my bank account. What a joke this company is . So disappointed.”

“I ordered two jackets, one on Saturday came on Wednesday. Other I order on Monday still waiting and today is Thursday. Why Zara says that if you order something and will come next day. First time I used Zara's delivery and I think is last time. Horrible customer service.”

“Placed an order o line on 28th October for store delivery. 10 days later no delivery, no answers, no help. Told I have to wait another 48 hours while they look in to it. Tried to cancel told no. Asked who to complain to, guess what no help.”

“It’s ashame with Zara because the product is lovely but the customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!! My local branch is Milton Keynes and after waiting in the longest queue ever you finally get served by the most miserable sales assistants ever who would crack if smile !!! No one is around on the shop floor to help as I’ve asked questions before and they couldn’t give me an answer !!!! Forget shopping in store I will now go online !!!! Horrendous place”

“I made an order with next day delivery. I received three emails telling me that the parcel was on its away, stating certain time periods it would arrive. It then didn't arrive in any of the stated timings. I then looked at the tracker and it said delivery was attempted at 20.24hrs which had not occurred at all as I had been home. I have spoken to customer services three times and they keep telling me they will give me a delivery time but so far nothing. It is now two days later and I have received nothing.”

“purchased a dress for £40. it was the black embroidered dress. heres me thinking i got a complete bargain. got home, and just tried it on and stitching underarm was loose. then noticed the back of neck stitching where the lining joins the front was fraying, managed to fix that, but after one wear, and washing, its a complete mess. i don't even have the receipt to return. the entire lining around neckline is fraying away from actual dress.”

“Staff are not very friendly on the shop floor and pass you to another member of staff rather than deal with you. At the tills some don't even make eye contact when they serve you. Not polite or very good customer service at all!”
