I am a pro level fighter / athlete. Cutting down hard to get shredded. It means : "3 - 4 weeks calorie counting" straight until the next full "pig out" cheat day Sunday. This goes back & forth. I am following the bodybuilders, as nobody on Earth can lose the fat and put on contractable tissues ( a.k.a muscles ) than them. You should follow them too! So the ONLY choice for quality SNACK carbohydrate is --> popcorn. I've bought one air flow popcorn maker from £18 quid ( crappy Argos one ), it does the job, and some BLOODY AWFUL popcorn kernels from the local Kurdish ( or whatever they are ) shop. SO I THOUGHT : LETS GO AND BUY PROPER GOOD GOURMET KERNELS TO POP! > > > THESE MUSHROOM POP KERNELS ( I finished a full bag of them last Sunday ) ARE INDEED A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL QUALITY WISE!! Not bad! :-) 4 - 4.5 Stars out of 5 ! ( I hope this helps. For good quality, low Glycemic Index CARB SOURCE - in case a strict calorie cutting = stick to popcorn!!! Can throw some cinnamon powder on top. It won't beat cakes & cookies, but you want to get jacked, aye..??! ) Gabe
