Purchased this one for my nephew who is really into his cooking and been working with some Globals that have been well used and not much loved or maintained. His 30th birthday was coming up so decided to introduce him to the next level of artisan Japanese craftmanship. A seriously beautiful knive with a stunning damascus, the edge is wickedly sharp and the fit and finish are everything we have come to expect from Nigara. And the price, blimey these are in my opinion seriously undervalued for the work that must go in. The land around the same as a G3 from Global and they are 1000% better in every way. Get one, I might as I gifted this one under duress!
