This wig is perfect for Toga from Boku no Hero Academia! I stubbed the twin tails and then used the (generous) amount of loose hair to cover styrofoam odango bases! I even made some of the little ‘pokey’ pieces to add to the buns and even had hair to spare! I recommend this base for any character with twin buns or tails.
