For the fourth year running, the customer service, quality of pepper, and timeliness of shipping from Hatch Chile Store has been excellent. Our annual roast has become a tradition here in the Midwest, though next year I'll have to order some mediums for our friends that can't quite handle the xhot. I think due to the heat wave, the peppers were a bit smaller and less thick this year but we still got almost 22lbs roasted, peeled, and cleaned yield from 50lbs of peppers, close to our record of 26!
