Andes Escape is spectacular. We stayed for 2 incredible nights and I wish we could have stayed for more. We showed up with a mini cooper so we had to take the drive in with some caution but it was passable. We arrived in the evening to the most beautiful sunset over the Catskills, woke up to a lovely nature walk around the beautiful property with unlimited fields of wildflowers, then had a wonderful afternoon of kayaking. It was a bit brisk to use the outdoor shower but the site has running water and electricity which was an amazing unexpected bonus, extra pots and pans which came in to be quite helpful and extra table space for us to do all the cooking we wanted. Definitely pick up some firewood on your way in but if you've made it as far as reading this review, this site is perfect. Thanks so much Kim and Charlie!
