I have been hunting high and low for this little Panda keyring and finally found him on Temptation Gifts website. I was over the moon to purchase him and it was such an easy process to use their website. They also had a sale on at the time so that was great too. Unfortunately he did arrive slightly damaged in the post but this was not the fault of the shop but the fault of the postal service as the item was well packaged by the shop. I contacted Temptation Gifts to let them know and they responded to me straight away and were so kind as they sent a replacement out to me straight away and did not want me to return the damaged one but said to me to keep it or donate it to charity. The item itself is of a great quality and genuien Ty product. I highly recommend this product for quality and being a genuien Ty product at an affordable price too. I cannot fault them at all as they went above and beyond for me!
