It's the delivery (Aramax) that I have problems with. Given the time of year, my delivery was quite delayed. In addition, the box was severely damaged upon arrival, so much so, that my husband took photos of the parcel. Luckily my purchase was okay but as for my rating......product: 5/5; delivery: 1/5.
