Silent, blue, hefty and very securely attached above and below the pi4. It routinely runs at 31 to 35 Centigrade. Running 20 mins of hard Maths (hard for me, not my pi4) raised the temp closer to 40. If you don't want yours too run hot and be speed throttled then this is thoroughly recommended.
