I’m really happy I ordered this wax melt warmer! It’s really pretty and matches my decor perfectly. It’s more of a grey than a cream but I prefer it! It heats up quickly but doesn’t get so hot that you would worry about burning yourself which has happened to me in the past. The scent throw is amazing but that’s probably a mix of the warmer and good wax melts. I would definitely order this item again ☺️ As a side note - I was initially sent the wrong item so I contacted customer services, whilst I was annoyed that I had to return the item before they would send the correct item, I was given the option to reorder and was promised they would refund me the express shipping fee (as I originally ordered it as a gift for my friend), and refund me for the incorrect item that was sent as soon as they receive it back. Even though a mistake was made, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Just My Look again and that is down to the customer service I received and the fact that you have the option to speak to an actual human being! Thank you ☺️
