I was very happy with this product once I figured out how to apply it. I called customer service with the intention of returning the window film. The person I talked to was very patient and friendly (I wish I could remember his name!) and VERY helpful. He explained how to apply the film and told me If it didn’t work to call him back. Once I understood the very easy process of applying the film, it was a breeze! This film provided me with the privacy I desired without sacrificing any natural light! I would definitely recommend this product!
