I'm extremely pleased with this one but I ordered another one and I did not see there was some issue regarding the printing of it. It wasn't until last night that I discovered there was an issue. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15th. I am just seeing now that there was an issue regarding the resolution. Wondering if anybody bothered to pick up the phone and call me or if they just sent me emails that got buried with thousands of other emails. I ordered two flags. I ordered them on the same day. I'm just seeing now that the other one has not even been printed yet. It is for a very special event to honor President Kennedy on his 107th birthday. This was meant for a documentary. I see now that you're in the United Kingdom so I don't see that there's a possibility of receiving that even with express shipping. If I can't receive the other flag by May 24th and I do not need it.
