This is by far some of THE best mayo I've ever tasted, it's simply incredible, not even counting that it fits perfectly in my ketogenic lifestyle with nice clean ingredients and the fact that it is actually avocado oil mayo which is nearly impossible to get here in Europe. But it is truly delicious, not overly spicy but with a nice perfect kick at the end, together with the smoky and the lime it's absolutely incredible. But yeah as I said some of the best mayo I've ever tasted. And this comes from a chef with 25+ years of experience in the restaurant business.
