What a cute design! The skirt is perfect length and I found that it doesn’t flick out at the back like so many others I’ve tried! The rhinestones are only on the front but it’s just the right amount. You can definitely dress this up or down! I bought a 16 as it had a bit more give in the size however a 14 would have fit like a glove as well!
