Ascension, for me, was a chance to shift my focus onto positive possibilities and personal growth. As a midwife I focus on the daily lives of others, and I saw this program as a way to nourish my soul and add depth to my emotional, physical and spiritual self as well as my practice. Juliana and Mark are living the dream because they have created it, and they have a sincere desire to inspire the world to join in. In addition to that, they have laid out very specific guidelines and suggestions that make this program easy to flow through.
