Pre ordered and recieved the Harrier Exmoor rain jacket. After watching the review on Run 4 adventures you tube channel I was sold. A quality jacket for under £90 is what I was expecting. Well I'm delighted to say it lived upto the hype. After wearing it on a few short local runs it got its first real test at a running event in the black mountains of Wales. It performed superbly, keeping out the strong wind and bit of drizzle but just as importantly the breathability was great. I wore it over my running pack and there was plenty of room for movement. A 5☆ jacket.
