Done a rotisserie Turkey just before Christmas following the Riverside YouTube version. Absulotutely lovely. Doubt I'd cook a Turkey in a conventional oven again unless absolutely needed.
Also done a rotisserrie rolled sirloin of steak and beer can chicken using the weber GBS beer can dish and can honestly say the same that unless absolutely needed this would be my preferred method of cooking them.
The kettle is a well built good qaulity piece of equipment I would recommend to anyone.
