Purchased for our Jack Russell puppy we are picking up next weekend, so have not used it yet. Product arrived on time, we put it up with easy and it seems sturdy enough for even when he is full grown.
If I have one very minor criticism, it would be that the edges of the tray were quite rough, but nothing a little rubbing with sandpaper didn't resolve. All in all we are pleased with the product and would recommend.
