Update: Titan sent me new replacements. These new plates are solid without any damage. Also, kudos to Titan that they didn't require me to send back the warped ones - smart decision, as they won't be useful for them, and would just create an unnecessary hassle for me. Great customer service. My original review below. ==== The pair of 25-lb plates came already warped. Titan offered a price discount for me to keep them as is, but I refused, as the warping seems quite severe. I'm still waiting for Titan to send replacements, or otherwise resolve the problem. Will update when this is resolved.
