When I placed the order I was expecting dried red chili. Website started fresh red Chili with no indication it was fresh “wet” chili pods. I made over fifty calls to customer service with numerous messages and after a week I finally received a callback - poor customer service. In my opinion ad description should indicate “wet” or “dry” pods so that customer knows exactly what they’ll be receiving. I had to hang pods to dry. I believe this will be my last order with this company - getting too expensive although product is good. I’ll find another alternative.
