I was searching for a new sofa for months, and when it came to purchasing Burrow it felt like a no brainer. Non-toxic materials and customizable options - sign me up! Customer service was amazing in helping me choose a sofa that fit my price range, I was able to visit a store in my area which helped make my decision. The delivery process was FAST, and received all pieces in one delivery. It is alot of boxes, but very simple to put together with clear instructions. Only had to have another person help me rotate the sofa and set it down. Color is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Admittingly, I was nervous when first sitting on the couch as it was very stiff and the back is quite low (I'm a relatively tall individual). However, I figured to slide the seat cushions about an inch forward to give more seat depth, and after a month, the sofa began to soften. Bought some pillows and the separate ottoman, and now I can say I have a very comfy, sleek, modern sofa, and I have received numerous compliments.
