My shutters arrived in perfect condition. The packaging to protect them was great. I am very happy with the craft quality - construction, color and paint coverage. I felt that the installation instructions could have been easier if they had more pictures. There was not enough hardware supplied as there were holes in the mounting brackets. I had to go out and buy more. I did not like that there was no mention of delivery time until the completion of checkout. It was way too long. But to their credit, delivered when promised.
