I've used these on a couple of smokes now and am very impressed, they do seem to take slightly longer than the Weber briquettes to take but using the minion method I had a 5 hour smoke going with still plenty left using the 47cm WSM. It was also massively easy to maintain a constant temp with only minimal vent tweaking needed.
