Absolutely awesome. Easy to put together, very simple to use, great temperature control and plenty of YouTube videos to copy. We left it for 5 hours the first time we used it and the temperature didn’t budge from the smoke zone. Just finished a 9 hour oak smoked brisket with pickled beetroot and leerdammer cheese on a brioche bun; the best thing we’ve eaten all year!
