It's a great, simple book with recipes and background stories of plant based eating. So I am overall satisfied.
There were few things that could be improved. I wish there were more recipes. And there was some recipe that didn't turn out well even though I exactly followed. For example, the belly rub soup mentions to put lentils and simmer for less than 10 minutes. When I did so, the lentils were still very stiff so I had to simmer much longer.
