Nice weight to padding ratio. Used for martial tumbling, to soften the EVA foam on a cement floor. Padding is just perfect (especially after bruising the shoulder blade tumbling on the EVA foam only) - should have known my TumblTrak was a better choice for this practice! It certainly protected my ouchy shoulder quite nicely.
