Charged me 138 pounds for one policy cancelation ( at terms and conditions stated 50 pounds) and 297 for other policy, car written off as they didn't want to pay for proper repair. Still waiting for money for my car. Hidden fees for everything. Avoid ! better find some proper insurance company and pay bit more then let them rip You off.
