We offered two good three piece sofas made to feel unclean as they inspected only to refuse could of easily given on freecylcle they said one cusion slightly stained and few claw marks from cat wich after we removed easily this is meant to be charity organisation and yes the furniture is second hand and not perfect but yet been to there shops and much worse condition in there so dissapointed with bhf if you want new products don't make people wait in to do charitable deeds to be declined terrible never will i donate ever again to this charity that just want almost new quality and not willing to uphold true recycling principals aviod avoid avoid other charity's only too glad to take quality furniture that may be little sign of general use that they can sell without huge mark ups for checks by managers that make you feel awful to donate
