For higher priced items, Buyee does not provide support should the item arrive damaged, defective or different than described by the seller. I recently bought a watch that arrived broken. The watch was also supposed to come with a warranty card, but did not. Finally, the package arrived with visible shipping damage. On the watch were also mismatched serial numbers. Buyee customer service said that for items above a certain price point, they cannot help, even though I paid for their extra service option. They also said they would not help in the case of counterfeit items. Because Buyee as a proxy is the purchaser of record, there is nothing you can do. Best to find a reputable company that protects your purchases.
