Everyone with whom l have spoken to via an e-mail, have been extremely helpful. Quick and prompt service, replies and product arriving within a very short time frame. It is good that there is a clock shop/business in Australia were we can purchase the part we need for our clocks. With the clock movement, parts are measured and described extremely well so that we as the customer have a better understanding of the size type and style of clock movement that we need. It saves the hassle of going and buying one off the shelf and realising it is not the correct size. Which l have already done.
