The HP22…was delivered by FedEx in a timely manner. Installation was just hooking it up to existing piping. Loaded it up with pellets and turned it on. Extremely quick ignition and fire. The initial burn was not at all what I expected in terms of odor. Minimal. The stove has performed exceptionally well. Far exceeding the Ravelli it replaced. Extremely pleased with its ease of operation and output of heat. Hats off to emploees Gordon and Clint who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this stove and company. A happy customer who is enjoying the pellet stove up in New Hampshire, currently 20 degrees but warm and cozy thanks to the HP22.
