Doordash refused to remedy the issue-I was given romaine lettuce and the wrong dressing when I ordered Kale and white vinegeraitte dressing with my order. The company said that it would have to review the matter then responded that it would not issue a refund, credit or redelivery due to doordash policy. Yet, the wrong salad has been issued to me before from the same restaurant when ordered through doordash, and doordash remedied the mishap that time.
