I received several text messages. First one thanking me for my order; 2nd was informing me that the meal would be delivered at 5:00PM today; 3rd one was that the Dasher had picked up the order at 5:12 and the last that the meal had been delivered at 5:22. Only the first one was true, I never got my order and customer service told me the Dasher was not answering her phone. The CSR was going to give me "Store" credit for another order, but I told her that I wanted my debit card credit immediately. She told me it would take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on my account. Terrible experience and I will not be using them again and recommend you also stay away from this delivery service.
