Paid 150 pounds for DPDlocal.co.uk services shipment of a important box from UK to Europe. After three days whole box is returned to the sender with no email or information driver just left 1000pounds of worth of items near return address with no explanation. When contacted through chat they keep switching explanations as "reason - brexit" or other nonsense why they could not deliver the package. Even more, they are extremely difficult to contact and when contacted to receive a refund for services they did not provide they just keep telling to wait and never solve the situation. Today I have contacted them the third time via chat and the representative said I should google what to do and just closed the chat. I imagine i should be glad atleast my package is with me and they are definitely not going to refund the money. Avoid this company at all cost.
