EasyScammersBulgaria!!!! if I had an option I would have selected 0 starts for you. We rented a car from this company for 4 days July 15-18 and also bought the INSURANCE. Unfortunately, on the 2nd day, we noticed that there was a scratch on the car (which was parked outside the hotel) done by locals. We informed the company guys immediately and also spent 1 full day in the police station to lodge a complaint. Initially, they had taken a deposit of 300 euros and due to the scratch, they had deducted an additional amount of 600 euros saying its company policy and stuff. These liars had committed to returning the deposit amount immediately but it's been 3 weeks and they have not released the deposit yet . Hence looted 900 Euros from us. Can you imagine these thieves??? surviving innocent tourist money. My husband tried chasing them on their number but they kept saying it’s under review and they will update. Until one day, when he called them to check and very shamelessly they told the cost of damage will have to be borne by us. When asked what INSURANCE is for, they don't have any answers for it. I am sure they have managed this with the insurance but have lied to us and kept our money. Please stay away from these scammers and never rent a car with them. before you say its a fake review and stuff, I am attaching the receipt and car pic. Thanks for ruining our trip to Bulgaria and our opinion about the Mafia people out there GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK
