so another update..goodness am pulling my hair out!!..i try try try to get in touch with evri...no chance..i have asked them many times to correct my name via email...they havent..i paid insurance on an item they lost...28days later i still havent been reinbursed...and still they havent been in touch...evri had this parcel on the 19th march for next day delivery!..and claire at customer services who messaged me on the 12th said she would be back in contact with me.within todays...she was not..so evri lost my parcel have gone over there time that they say they will sort it...no comunication...carnt get your name right..PLEASE EVRI STAND BY WHAT YOU SAY AND PLEASE LETS GET THIS SORTED...and please (alot of pleases)..dont reply to this message askeing me to call or message you via your help section on your web site..I CAN NOT GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY..i have more chance of abba reforming and popping round for a cuppa ..and maybe we could sing some songs!!..COME ON EVRI...TREAT THIS CUSTOMER WITH SOME RESPECT..have alook at the screenshots ive left...realy is this the way you treat ur customers...see it for yourself and how messed up evri is..they have my number ...hopefully they will call...mybe i will get a call from claire??
