If you are a seller, do not use EVRI at all. Save your time.
I have to say, I used EVRI a couple of times, and so far, everything has been good, no problem. But when you need them because of a MISTAKE they made, they play dumb and try to push THEIR MISTAKE to the seller.
Before I explain the situation, let me clarify this: seller, do not ship anything with this company. Royal Mail is more expensive and slow and everything? Yes, they can be. But it is far safer to get your parcel securely delivered to the customer than by EVRI.
What happened to me was the following:
- I sold an old iPad on eBay;
- I sent this iPad by EVRI;
- This iPad was then sent to the buyer and placed in a "Safeplace." However, this "safeplace" (yes, with "") was INSIDE OF A TRASH BIN. They placed a parcel inside a trash bin ON A DAY OF TRASH COLLECTION. ALONGSIDE TWO OTHER PARCELS FROM OTHER BUYERS.
Do you think it can get worse? Yes, it can. If you are a seller, you will try to contact the company and ask for a refund for this lost product (which is £16.99, including the shipping). But at each email you exchange with them, they take at least 24 hours to reply it back; this is far beyond hope because they play dumb at every response. Since the beginning, I told them I was the seller, and they played dumb, saying, "You will need to see with the shipper." DID YOU READ THE EMAIL? I AM THE SELLER. I USED YOUR COMPANY TO DELIVERY THIS PRODUCT EXPECTING A GOOD CARE WITH THE PRODUCT.
