I cancelled my plan due to sheer cost, only to receive a copy of an internal email insulting me, to which "Freddie" tells me nothing was meant by it...
I wasn't going to post anything online, however the fact that they did nothing about this email, but on top of that I got a call today asking if I wanted to sign up again has pushed me to be a little annoyed.
If you insult people and don't own up to it, try taking them off your call list!
